Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website is operated by DuoMy Sensing, a supplier of industrial sensors and micro automation components. You can reach us at chao.open@gmail.com or +86 132 6709 1606 for any question about this policy or about the data we hold.

What we collect

We collect only the information needed to answer an enquiry or fulfil an order:

  • Contact details you submit: name, work email, company, country, phone number and the content of your message, submitted through our quote request, contact or product enquiry forms.
  • Technical requirements: the application details you choose to share, such as medium, range, connection, quantity and timeline.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages visited, collected automatically by the web server and by privacy-respecting analytics.
  • Order records: purchase order references, shipping addresses and documentation needed for the supply of goods.

We do not ask for, and do not want to receive, payment card numbers or other sensitive personal data through this website.

Why we process it

Form submissions are used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and follow up on an order or a technical question. Technical data is used to keep the site available, measure which pages are useful and detect abusive traffic. Where we send occasional product or technical updates, you can opt out at any time by replying to the message.

Where the data goes

Form submissions are delivered by email to our sales and engineering inbox and are stored in our customer relationship records. The website and email are hosted on servers operated for us. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except where required to deliver an order (for example a freight forwarder) or where required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so that a later follow-up question can be answered with context. Order and warranty records are kept for the period required by accounting and product liability rules. You can ask us to delete an enquiry record at any time, and we will do so unless a legal retention obligation applies.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of functional cookies to keep the site working correctly, and analytics cookies to count visits. Performance caching may store a copy of pages on the server. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site will continue to work, although some preferences may not persist.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent. Send the request to chao.open@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to our inbox and customer records is restricted to staff who need it for sales or technical support. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect your rights, we will contact the affected parties and the relevant authority as required.

Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date below. Material changes affecting existing enquiries will be communicated directly.
