DM-CJ08 8-Port M12 Junction Box, IP67

Overview

The DM-CJ08 collects eight sensor cables into one multi-core home run, which reduces the number of cables entering a cabinet from eight to one and makes a machine section easier to isolate and service. Each port has an LED so a technician can see the signal state without opening the box.

The housing is PBT with a gasket and stainless screws, rated IP67 in the mated condition. Ports are 3, 4 or 5-pin M12, and the home run is a fixed 5 m or 10 m cable with a connector or flying leads.

Selection note

A passive box carries the signals only; it does not condition or isolate them. If the sensors are far from the cabinet or the environment is electrically noisy, use a master with per-port diagnostics, or add an isolating conditioner at the cabinet end.
